LOS MOCHIS 13, GUASAVE 8 IN LOS MOCHIS


Twins: Chris Colabello (Guasave) was 0-for-4 with a walk.
Game summary: Los Mochis scored five in the fifth to take a 10-8 lead. Guasave lost leads of 7-3 and 8-5.
Guasave: Zelous Wheeler (Baltimore) was 2-for-3 with two doubles and two walks, scoring once and driving in one. Jesus Lopez was 3-for-4, scoring twice and driving in one.
Los Mochis: Luis Suarez was 3-for-5 with two doubles, scoring twice and driving in one. Jesus Avila was 2-for-4 with a double, scoring once and driving in four.

OBREGON 6, NAVOJOA 2 IN OBREGON

Game summary: Carlos Valencia hit a walk-off grand slam.
Navojoa: Javier Martinez gave up two runs on four hits in five innings, striking out seven and walking seven. Wes Bankston was 2-for-5.
Obregon: David Reyes worked 5.2 shutout innings, allowing five hits and one walk while striking out four. Barbaro Canizares was 0-for-2 with three walks and scored twice.

HERMOSILLO 3, MAZATLAN 2 IN MAZATLAN

Game summary: Karim Garcia hit a three-run homer in the eighth as Hermosillo overcame a 2-0 deficit.
Hermosillo: Miguel Ruiz struck out seven in seven innings, giving up two runs on five hits and a walk. Garcia was 2-for-4.
Mazatlan: Walter Silva worked six shutout innings, giving up three hits and a walk. Jon Del Campo hit a two-run homer.

MEXICALI 4, CULIACAN 1 IN MEXICALI

Game summary: Mexicali scored single runs in the first, sixth, seventh, and eighth.
Culiacan: Ramiro Pena was 2-for-3. Emmanuel Valdez was 2-for-4.
Mexicali: Antonio Lamas was 3-for-3 with a double and a home run, driving in two. Rafael Diaz struck out six in four innings, allowing one run on three hits and a walk.
