Dominican League: Games of November 26


ESCOGIDO 7, ORIENTE 5 IN ORIENTE

Twins:  Pedro Florimon (Escogido) was 2-for-3 with a double and scored once.  Miguel Sano (Oriente) pinch-hit and walked.
Game summary:  Escogido scored two in the sixth to go ahead 4-3 and took a 7-3 lead in the top of the ninth.
Escogido:  Starling Marte (Pittsburgh) was 2-for-5 with a double, scoring once and driving in three.  Ramon Santiago (Detroit) was 2-for-4 with a walk, scoring once and driving in two.
Oriente:  Juan Diaz (Cleveland) was 3-for-5 and scored once.  Todd Linden was 2-for-3 with a home run and two walks.

AGUILAS 6, ESTE 4 IN ESTE

Twins:  Luis Perdomo (Aguilas) pitched a third of an inning, giving up one hit but no runs.
Game summary:  Aguilas led 4-0 after four and 4-3 after six before scoring two in the eighth to put it away.
Aguilas:  Nick Hagedone (Cleveland) struck out four in two perfect innings.  Juan Carlos Perez was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
Este:  Willis Otanez was 2-for-4 with a home run.  Jose Ramirez (Cleveland) was 2-for-4 with a walk and two RBIs.

LICEY 8, CIBAO 0 IN CIBAO

Game summary:  Licey scored one in the second, two in the fourth, one in the sixth, and four in the ninth.
Licey:  Jhonatan Solano was 3-for-5 with a solo homer and a two-run homer, scoring three times.  Donell Linares was 2-for-5 with two runs and an RBI.
Cibao:  Rhyne Hughes was 1-for-3 with a walk.
