MAYAGUEZ 8, CAROLINA 7 IN MAYAGUEZ (10 INNINGS)

Twins: Daniel Ortiz (Mayaguez) was 2-for-5 with two RBIs. Eddie Rosario (Mayaguez) was 2-for-6 with a run and an RBI. Kennys Vargas (Mayaguez) was 1-for-5.
Game summary: Mayaguez trailed 3-0, 4-1, and 7-3. They scored three in the eighth, one in the ninth to tie, and one in the tenth to win. Rosario hit an RBI single in the tenth for the game-winner.
Carolina: Justin Bour (Cubs) was 3-for-3 with a home run, two walks, and two RBIs. Pedro Valdes was 3-for-4 with a walk, a run, and an RBI.
