MEXICALI 7, NAVOJOA 3 IN NAVOJOA


Twins: Gonzalo Sanudo (Navojoa) gave up only a walk in a scoreless inning.
Game summary: Mexicali scored three in the first, led 4-1 after five, then got three more in the seventh.
Mexicali: Jorge Campillo gave up one run on seven hits and a walk in five innings. Ricky Alvarez was 3-for-5 with two home runs and three RBIs.
Navojoa: Jose Chavez was 2-for-4 with a walk and scored once. Luis Fonseca was 2-for-5 with an RBI.

LOS MOCHIS 9, HERMOSILLO 1 IN LOS MOCHIS

Game summary: Los Mochis scored six in the fifth to take a 9-0 lead.
Hermosillo: Luis Borges was 2-for-4 with two doubles. Eloy Gutierrez hit a home run.
Los Mochis: Andres Avila (Oakland) struck out five in six innings of relief, allowing one run on four hits and no walks. Jason Botts was 2-for-3 with two doubles and a walk, scoring once and driving in three.

MAZATLAN 7, CULIACAN 6 IN MAZATLAN

Game summary: Mazatlan led 7-0 after six. Culiacan got the tying run to third base with two out.
Culiacan: Mario Valdez hit a pinch-hit two-run homer. Omar Espinoza struck out four in 2.1 scoreless innings, giving up two hits and no walks.
Mazatlan: Issmael Salas was 2-for-3 with a walk and scored three times. Chris Walker was 1-for-3 with a three-run homer and a walk.

GUASAVE 7, OBREGON 0 IN GUASAVE
