Mexican League: Games of Decenber 19

HERMOSILLO 5, GUASAVE 4 IN HERMOSILLO

Twins: Chris Colabello (Guasave) was 1-for-4 with a home run.
Game summary: Trailing 4-2, Hermosillo scored twice in the eighth on a two-run homer by Karim Garcia and won in the ninth on a two-out walk-off homer by Erick Rodriguez.
Guasave: Sergio Mora pitched seven innings, giving up two runs on five hits and three walks. Jose Rodriguez hit a two-run homer.
Hermosillo: Edgar Gonzalez (Houston) allowed only one hit and one walk in six shutout innings. Carlos Gastelum was 2-for-4 with a double.

CULIACAN 3, NAVOJOA 1 IN CULIACAN

Game summary: Culiacan took a 2-1 lead in the third and added an insurance run in the fifth.
Navojoa: Sergio Lizarraga pitched three shutout innings, giving up two hits and two walks. Kraig Binick was 2-for-4.
Culiacan: Alejandro Armenta struck out nine in eight innings, allowing one run on six hits and no walks. Adan Amezcua was 1-for-1 with a double and a walk and scored once.

MAZATLAN 7, OBREGON 1 IN OBREGON

Game summary: Leading 2-1, Mazatlan scored three in the sixth to take control.
Mazatlan: Walter Silva struck out seven in seven innings, giving up one run on four hits and four walks. Henry Mateo was 4-for-5 with a double, scoring twice and driving in two.
Obregon: Adan Munoz was 1-for-3 with a walk and an RBI.

LOS MOCHIS 8, MEXICALI 3 IN MEXICALI

Game summary: It was tied 3-3 after six. Los Mochis scored two in the seventh and three in the eighth to put the game away.
Los Mochis: Jason Botts was 3-for-4 with a two-run homer, a double, and a walk. Juan Carlos Gamboa (Mets) was 2-for-4 with a double and a walk and scored twice.
Mexicali: Michel Abreu was 2-for-4 with a run. Chris Roberson was 2-for-4.
