GUASAVE 8, MEXICALI 7 IN GUASAVE

Game summary:  Guasave trailed 7-2 after 4 ½, and appeared on the brink of elimination.  Guasave came back with three in the fifth, one in the seventh, and two in the eighth to take the victory.  Jose Rodriguez delivered an RBI single with one out in the eighth to keep Guasave alive.
Mexicali:  Jon Weber was 2-for-5 with a double and a two-run homer.  Jorge Guzman was 2-for-3 with a three-run homer.
Guasave:  Rodriguez was 3-for-4 with two doubles, scoring once and driving in two.  Eduardo Arredondo was 3-for-5 with two doubles and scored once.

The best-of-seven series is tied at 3-3.  The winner will play Obregon in the finals.
