AGUILAS 3, ESTE 0 IN ESTE
Aguilas: Rafael Ynoa (Colorado) was 2-for-3 with a run. Audry Perez (St. Louis) was 2-for-4 with an RBI. Anthony Fernandez (Seattle) pitched 4.2 scoreless innings, giving up two hits and no walks with one strikeout.
Este: Oliver Dominguez was 2-for-4 with a double. Claudio Vargas pitched five innings, allowing one run on four hits with no walks and one strikeout.
The game: In the second, Eudy Pina singled, stole second, and advanced on two ground outs to score the first run of the game. RBI singles by Perez and Keury De La Cruz (Boston) made it 3-0 in the sixth. The only time Este had more than one man on base was the seventh, when they put runners on first and second with two out.
