ORIENTE 3, ESCOGIDO 2 IN ORIENTE

Twins:  Pedro Florimon (Escogido) was 2-for-4.  Drew Butera (Oriente) was 1-for-3 with an RBI.
Game summary:  Butera snapped a 2-2 tie with an RBI single in the seventh.
Escogido:  Runelvys Hernandez gave up one run on five hits in five innings.  Roger Kieschnick (San Francisco) hit a two-run homer.
Oriente:  Juan Diaz (Cleveland) was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI.  Manauris Baez allowed one run on three hits and two walks in 5.1 innings.

LICEY 3, AGUILAS 2 IN LICEY (10 INNINGS)

Game summary:  Juan Francisco (Atlanta) singled in the winning run.
Aguilas:  Omar Luna (Tampa Bay) was 2-for-5 with two doubles and scored once.  Lorenzo Barcelo (Dodgers) gave up two runs on five hits in five innings.
Licey:  Dee Gordon (Dodgers) was 2-for-5 with a triple and scored once.  Chad Bell (Texas) allowed an unearned run on three hits and no walks in five innings.
