some people up from Chattanooga. The Miracle lose two one-run games
despite a big day from Max Murphy. Lewis Thorpe takes another step on the
comeback trail. Jaylin Davis hits his eleventh homer.
DURHAM AT ROCHESTER
Rained out.
CHATTANOOGA 5, MONTGOMERY 2 IN CHATTANOOGA
The Biscuits scored in
the top of the first, but the Lookouts tied it in the bottom of the first on
a LaMonte Wade RBI double, took the lead on a sacrifice fly,
and held the lead the rest of the game. They also scored single runs in
the second, fifth, and seventh. Montgomery got a run in the eighth and
had the tying run up to bat with two out, but that was as close as they got.

DUNEDIN 5, FORT MYERS 4 IN DUNEDIN (GAME 1--9 INNINGS)
The Miracle led 4-2

getting the benefit of two walks, a wild pitch, and two passed balls, to send
the game to extra innings. Dunedin loaded the bases in the seventh and
Fort Myers did the same in the eighth, but neither team scored. The Blue
Jays broke through in the ninth, with Juan Kelly scoring from first on a Nash
Knight double to win the game. Fort Myers out-hit Dunedin 15-8. The
went 7-for-20 with men in scoring position, but still managed to strand
thirteen men. Cavan Biggio, son of Craig, played second base for the Blue
Jays and was 0-for-4. J. A. Happ, on a rehab assignment, started for
Dunedin and pitched three innings, giving up three runs on seven hits and no
